Santoni's Wins Major Championship in Walk-Off

  • Elmwood Park LL Santoni's Majors took Friday's game in dramatic fashion, with an 8-7 walk-off victory over Elmwood Park LL NJFCU Majors.  Elmwood Park LL Santoni's Majorswas down 7-6 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Joey M doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.
  • Elmwood Park LL Santoni's Majors collected four hits and Elmwood Park LL NJFCU Majors had five in the high-scoring affair.
  • Elmwood Park LL NJFCU Majors got things started in the first inning when Jay E doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
